Thistle Assistance is an amazing initiative which helps people feel safer and more confident when using public transport, especially passengers with disabilities and those in need of extra care. By using a card or app, they can ask for help from transport staff in an easy and discreet way.
Hillside designed the visual identity, website and campaign for both printed and digital platforms, including a 30 sec animated TV advert. The aim was to be clear and concise with the messaging, considering a broad range of user needs.
