Hillside had the pleasure of working with National Library of Scotland to create a small campaign to promote their literary initiative Fresh Ink, a programme that will award up to 10 emerging writers for their creative responses to ‘my experience of 2020’.

Commissioned writers will be encouraged to choose from a range of genres and forms including, but not limited to: fiction, poetry, short fiction, graphic novella, drama, flash fiction, and creative non-fiction. Led by poet, writer, and creative practitioner, Nadine Aisha Jassat, the initiative provided financial support to emerging writers, and assist their careers by establishing connections with Scotland’s most prestigious literary archive.

Our aim was to create and fun and engaging creative, that would stand out on social media platforms, as well as in print advertising.
